In Amberg-Sulzbach, there are still many mid-size, independent breweries that practice brewing as an art form and dedicate themselves to finding the perfect taste.
An original Oberpfälzer Zoigl is brewed in Erlheim, following the old traditions. And the private brewery Sudhang in Amberg sources hops from the smallest hops growing region of the world in Illschwang. A hotel there also offers hops spas.
