A particularly traditional dish is the Schlachtschüssel, typical of the rural region of the Amberg-Sulzbacher Land. Some innkeepers offer seasonal special weeks. Our regional products are sustainably produced and guarantee short distances from the producer to the consumer. We are also proud of our small breweries.
